Psychological dreams are the experiences that we have when our subconscious reviews, integrates or updates our reality.

Every night as you sleep, your brain takes new experiences and information from recent events and merges them with similar experiences or knowledge that you’ve gained in the past and updates your overall life story.

The bulk of our dreams are psychological processes that integrate the day-to-day occurrences, or basic functional needs, of our existence. Every dream that you experience has the same purpose: to better know and experience yourself in the context of your own individual reality.

Common or Psychological Dreams

Most of the dreams you have are psychological in nature.

Psychological dreams depict the lessons and experiences that our subconscious is currently processing or working through. These common dreams are the building blocks of our individual cognitive evolution, helping us to retain and integrate experiential knowledge that shapes how we live out and approach our daily lives.

By recording and paying attention to your dreams, you can begin to become aware of the minute processes and actively participate in the integration of your life experiences.
