Energy Vampires and the New Moon in Cancer— July 17, 2023
The Cancer new moon is a perfect time to review the relationships, partnerships and friendships in our waking lives. It’s an opportunity to readjust boundaries and observe the energetic exchanges between ourselves and others.
It’s a perfect time to identify energy vampires.
As we explore the boundaries (beneficial and limiting) in our lives we’re given an opportunity to readjust and start fresh this week with all of the new cycles beginning! Just this morning, prior to hopping on TEL and reading today’s astrology post, I was telling my husband about a dream last night and how it was showing me the impact of some relationships in my life.
I realized that I’ve been letting go of two “energy vampires” that are truly people that I love but that the season of our relationship needs to shift.
So often when we see the term “energy vampire” we think of someone entitled, overbearing, destructive or constantly taking from us but that’s not always the case. Sometimes, we’re the ones that let them take on this identity or role and sometimes these are the people we love the most.
